Integration is a key part of any medicine experience or any of the impactful moments we experience along our individual life path. The integration space is an opportunity for us to be each others medicine, more deeply understand our experiences and to integrate them into our daily being so that change is possible. The journey itself is not always enough to make lasting changes in one’s life. We are a community of support and growth for groups and individuals. Group integrations are known to improve outcomes, as we work to incorporate the teachings we receive in our journeys to making lasting changes in our lives. We are each others medicine in this space.
